Sarah's Story

Drawing on her expertise as a Registered Yoga Teacher-500, Registered Occupational Therapist, and 20 years’ personal experience with Fibromyalgia, Sarah Bates has designed a series of safe, gentle, graded yoga practices that can successfully relieve pain, build strength, flexibility and endurance, encourage relaxation and improve sleep. Regular practice can reduce the pain and fatigue of Fibromyalgia.
